Instructions

      Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until the batter is smooth. Be careful not to overmix.

        Cooking the Pancakes/Waffles:

        • For Pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
