Ingredients
  

Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Filling:

  • 4 packages 8 oz each cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Topping:

  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Optional Toppings:

  • Dulce de leche or caramel
  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh berries

Instructions
 

  • Mix graham crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, butter; press into pan; bake 10 min at 350°F
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar until smooth; add vanilla, cinnamon, then eggs one at a time
  • Mix in sour cream and flour; pour over crust
  • Bake at 325°F for 55-60 min; cool in cracked oven 1 hour
  • Brush top with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture
  • Refrigerate 4+ hours before serving
