For the Crust:
- 1 package about 10-12 cinnamon rolls (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 24 oz 3 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
