Burger Buns:

  • 4 whole wheat burger buns—these add a wholesome touch and pair nicely with the wagyu.

Cheese:

  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese—for that delicious melt and unique flavor.

Toppings

Seasoning:

Instructions
 

Prep the Patties:

  • In a bowl, gently mix the ground wagyu with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties, about 3⁄4 inch thick.

Chill:

  • Place the patties in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Preheat:

  • Heat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.

Cook the Patties:

  • Add the chilled patties to the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.

Add Cheese:

  • If using cheese, place a slice on each patty about one minute before they're done to melt.

Rest:
